James is a National Security professional, with over 18 years of military intelligence operations, security and intelligence consulting, mergers & acquisitions and revenue generating business development experience. James has served in multiple senior-level positions within the Executive and Legislative Branches of the U.S. Government. This ranges from being a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, supporting a combat support agency; to being a U.S. Senate Military Legislative Assistant interfacing with the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee and the Commerce Science and Transportation Committee; to serving as a Congressional Officer at the department of defense’s Joint IED Defeat Organization. In addition, James has also supported multiple Special Operations and Intelligence Community entities through various military and industry engagements.

Originally from Houston, Texas, and a Proud Alumni of The University of Oklahoma, James is passionate about serving Community, Military Family and Veterans causes. He does so through various volunteer activities with organizations such as the Capitol Hill Lions and The Allied Forces Foundation. This stems from James being a product of a military family himself. He comes from a long line of service to the Nation that stretches back many generations.
